Your Dream Wedding

Planning your wedding should be exciting, not overwhelming. At Pixie Clicks, we guide you every step of the way — from your first conversation with us to the moment you open your wedding gallery, watch your videos, or share your photo booth memories with friends. Here’s exactly what to expect.
With hundreds of weddings captured, we’ve perfected a process that’s as enjoyable as the big day itself. Here’s what to expect — and how we make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Booking Your Date (applies to Photo, Video, Booth)

We recommend securing your date as early as possible — most couples book 9-12 months in advance

Initial Conversation

We’ll chat about your vision, answer questions, and walk you through our packages.

Proposal & Contract

You’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining your chosen services, terms, and inclusions.

Secure Your Date

Sign your contract and pay a 30% deposit. Once that’s done, your date is officially booked with Pixie Clicks.

Client Area Access

We’ll send your personal login to our online Client Area, where you can fill in your wedding questionnaire at your own pace.

Pro Tip: The sooner you complete your questionnaire, the more time we have to fine-tune your timeline for a smooth day.

We recommend three meetings for all our couples. We are always also available via phone, emails or via our AI assistant

3 Months Before

We review your completed planner, adjust your timeline, and ensure every important event is covered. You’re encouraged to share this timeline with your vendors, bridal party, and family. (Led by your Pixie Clicks wedding planning assistant.)

1 Month Before

A follow-up to take in any changes, finalize logistics, and address special requests. (Also led by your planning assistant.)

Week of Wedding

Your lead photographer calls to confirm the timeline, discuss last-minute changes, and give you peace of mind before the big day.

Pro Tip: The sooner you complete your questionnaire, the more time we have to fine-tune your timeline for a smooth day.

It`s Finally Here ! Our goal is that you enjoy every minute

We follow your confirmed timeline so you can be present and stress-free.

Photo & Video Coverage

We capture all your must-have moments and candid magic.

Photo Booth Setup

If included, our team arrives early to set up and test the booth so it’s ready for guest fun.

Previews

1 week after your wedding via a private link.

Full Gallery

Delivered within 30–45 days via CloudSpot (available for at least 1 year).

Albums

If included, select your favorite images in your gallery and schedule an Album Design Consultation. Printing takes ~3 weeks.
